Easy migration to INRstar
We make moving to INRstar easy with a dedicated team to co-ordinate the migration download for you, the process is fast, efficient and professional, so that you can keep your focus on patients, not on IT.
In 2014 we migrated 827 customers to the latest version of INRstar and in all we have setup 2,400 sites (1700 of which were migrations).
Our customers move to INRstar N3 to enjoy enhanced functionality, including our clinical system interfaces and new oral anticoagulants review management.
“I was delighted with the support from INRstar, who made the migration extremely easy and dare I say it enjoyable. The team kept me up to date with progress and went out of their way to make sure the process has been completely pain free!”
Francesca Stannard, IT Manager, Market Harborough Medical Centre.
We use a validation tool, to check that your computers meet the minimum requirements for INRstar. Once this process is complete, you can access our online calendar to book a time and date for your set-up appointment.
The set-up appointment is carried out over the phone with our team who are able to connect remotely to your computer.
The installation of INRstar, (including configuring the clinical system interface, creating user accounts and data migration) takes up to an hour. As soon as the set-up is complete, your location can start using INRstar N3 straight away. On rare occasions, it is more difficult for us to migrate your data due to the way it has been formatted by your existing system. If this is the case, we will work with you to help you set up your patients’ data in INRstar.
“It could not have been easier. I had to download a certificate; the team at INRstar supported remotely, and migrated all the patients over to the new system. Our previous system was really old, with old treatment plans, but I am delighted with INRstar and really pleased with the easy migration.”
Vanessa Andreae, Practice Nurse, Bush Doctors, London.
